We had an AMAZING experience with Ayesha visiting the fish hospital. She was so extremely kind and asked if we would like a tour and at the end it was one of the most exciting things we did inside the hotel. Thank you so much!!! Our son loved it!!!!!

We had a wonderful snorkeling experience at Atlantis The Palm with our son and my husband, and we absolutely loved it. It truly felt magical—like being part of the ocean’s world and surrounded by marine life. Our guide, Airen, was fantastic. She led us with great care, made sure we felt safe at all times, and helped us fully enjoy the experience. Our diving guide, Rogers, was also amazing,very caring, helpful, and especially gentle and patient with our son while guiding him underwater. I highly recommend this experience for families. We had the most amazing experience with Ray feeding. We were able to get right close to the string ray, We learn about string ray, sea star, sea cucumber. The importance is how we can take care about marine life and ocean. Special have to say thank you for Melly, She was engage us with warm and smile also very patient with my daughter. It was amazing experience with behind the scenes tour. Our mentor have so much knowledge go through deep detail about marine life, ecosystem and animal welfare. Unfortunately we don’t remember her name but she from Thailand. We had a good memorable experience and we will back again.

We had the behind the scenes tour of the aquarium at Atlantis, we had children with us and it was fascinating for them and for us adults. Our guide was mahmud and azhar, they were friendly and knowledgeable!

What an amazing experience! Airen and Teresa were out scuba diving guides and made the experience even more special. The took the time to explain everything and guide us through the whole process. It was an experience of a lifetime and as someone who was incredibly nervous I would not have been able to do this without their calmness and guidance Thank you Airen and Teresa

Our visit to The Lost Chambers Aquarium was absolutely incredible and one of the highlights of our Dubai trip. The aquarium is beautifully designed with the Atlantis theme, and every exhibit is fascinating. There is an amazing variety of marine life, and it's easy to spend hours exploring and admiring the stunning displays. The aquarium show was fantastic and so entertaining. Watching the divers interact with the marine animals while learning interesting facts made the experience both fun and educational. It was enjoyable for both adults and children. One of the best decisions we made was purchasing the interactive staff (magic trident), which unlocked fun experiences throughout the aquarium. It allowed us to interact with different stations, discover hidden stories, and enjoy the exhibits in a unique and engaging way. It added an extra level of excitement and made the visit even more memorable. Overall, The lost world Aquarium exceeded all our expectations. It's beautifully maintained, immersive, educational, and full of unforgettable moments. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai—it's an experience you won't want to miss

Had a great time at Lost World Aquarium. The aquarium is has a good variety of fish and marine life to see. It was fun walking around and watching the different species up close. A nice place to visit with family or friends, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Definitely worth a visit. I’d happily come back again.

The Lost Chambers Aquarium was absolutely amazing! The aquarium is beautifully designed, with so many unique chambers to explore, each offering something different and fascinating. The entire place feels very spacious, making it comfortable to walk around and enjoy at your own pace. I especially loved the variety of marine life and the immersive Atlantis-themed atmosphere. It's very family-friendly and perfect for visitors of all ages. Every section was well maintained, and there was always something new to discover around the corner. Overall, it was a memorable experience and definitely worth spending time at. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai!

Guest Service was amazing, ticketing was easy and the operations team knew how to manage the crowd. Educators were well trained and gave excellent insights into the display. Special spotlight on Mr Azhar Asghar - who gave me the back of house tour, sound marine biology knowledge, very enthusiastic and extremely approachable and friendly. Will return again soon!

I recently visited the newly reimagined Lost World Aquarium, and I was genuinely impressed by the transformation. It perfectly embodies the "small place, big experience" vibe. It isn’t a sprawling oceanarium that takes all day to walk through, but every meter of the 14 themed zones is packed with detail. The 2026 upgrades have added incredible projection mapping and over 1,900 LED panels that make the "ruins" feel alive. For photography enthusiasts, the lighting is a dream—especially in the new Medusa’s Cave. If you have a decent camera, the silhouettes you can capture against the massive Ambassador Lagoon are world-class. Overall, it’s a dense, high-quality attraction that prioritizes mood and storytelling over sheer size. Highly recommended for a tranquil but visually stunning escape on The Palm!

We had an amazing time with AIREN as our instructor. She is truly the best! She was so patient and kind when teaching my children how to snorkel. While in the water, she kept a constant eye on them, offering help whenever needed and making sure they were safe. She also took incredible photos with her professional skills! My two children were so happy to see so many beautiful fish. This became a memory of a lifetime for us. Thank you so much, AIREN!

This is an absolutely beautiful place to visit. The aquarium is phenomenal,with tons of beautiful fish and marine creatures to see . It will take you a couple hours to walk through it all. Lots of food nearby also . The water park is really nice, lots of places to get under to hide from the Dubai heat . It’s worth going there especially for the price of it all . Hotel and lodging are there also . Super nice as most things are in Dubai

I’ve been to a lot of aquariums all around the world, but none have impressed me as much as The Lost World Aquarium! The theming around the aquarium is spectacular, and it really makes you feel like you’re in the lost city of Atlantis. It’s impressive, immersive, and offers some fantastic interactions with the sea life. It was busy when we visited, but it was easy to find quieter spaces. Overall, it was an educational and enjoyable visit, and I would highly recommend a stopping by if you’re planning on visiting The Palm - it’s fantastic!

Love, love, love this place! Amazing set up, quality aquarium displays with a vast array of sea creature all made up to feel like you are living in the lost world of Atlantis. Wonderful graphics and lighting accentuate the experience, giving a very unique, and lively atmosphere. This was the perfect place for us adults as well as our children ages 2 years and 9 years. There was even a live mermaid show that you cannot miss. We all had such a great time - highly recommend!
