I had an amazing stay at **FIVE Palm Jumeirah** — everything about this hotel is truly awesome! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful property, vibrant atmosphere, and stunning views. A special thank you to the reception team who made my experience even better. They were incredibly helpful, polite, and professional throughout my stay. Their coordination was perfect — check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and they were always ready to assist with any request. The level of hospitality and attention to detail really stands out. I felt welcomed and well taken care of from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and I’m definitely looking forward to coming back again!

Love this place! The pool area has such a fun, party vibe, and the music is always good. The food and drinks are tasty and they come fast. Staff are also friendly and very attentive. One of our go-to spots for a daytime hangout and soaking up sun!

Asif and Mr. Ganesh were great. They made us feel very welcome during our stay. It was my son’s Birthday and they took the time to make him feel special. They even brought him a birthday treat to our table. Definitely recommend!

FIVE Palm Jumeirah Hotel gets my perfect 5 stars. From the moment I arrived, the staff service was warm, professional, and welcoming. The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and offered stunning views that made even a short stay feel special. When you book and you have extra money to upgrade, try to get the sea view, it’s worth the experience. The atmosphere of the hotel is vibrant yet luxurious, and every detail reflects high standards of comfort and style. Even for just one night, it was a memorable experience, and I would definitely return for a longer stay. The party happens more likely on weekend in their Bohemian beach club with a great DJ - Friday night & Saturday night otherwise if you want a chill vibes, it will be from Sunday to Thursday. Apart from the beach, you will enjoy their swimming pools, gym, steam bath, restaurants, clubs, bars and lounge. This hotel is highly recommended.
